Our Humble Story

Head West Catering launched in 2009, when Johnny and Vicki Cisneros, a long-time restaurant couple in Fort Worth, were coaxed into developing special seasonal menus for their valued customers. It was elegant Texas cuisine fused with fourth generation culinary skills. Their Texas-sized goal was to continue with their restaurant promise and only serve freshly prepared food, never pre-chopped, bagged or frozen.

Through the care of small local vendors, their involvement in the community, and a strong work ethic they have turned a few custom menu items into a well-respected catering company.
